Echelon is an educational and practice tool. Nothing in the product — not a lesson, not the AI mentor, not any figure or feedback — is investment advice, a trading signal, a recommendation, or a prediction. We do not tell you what to buy, sell, or hold. Make your own decisions and consult a licensed financial professional before investing. You use any information here at your own risk.
Data & accuracy
Company figures are sourced from public SEC filings and shown with their citation; where we cannot verify a figure, we withhold it rather than invent one. Still, the product is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, bulk-download, or resell the service or its data;
- abuse, overload, probe, or attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls;
- reverse-engineer the service, or submit unlawful, infringing, or abusive content;
- submit someone else's email to the waitlist or misrepresent your identity.
Accounts & student eligibility
When accounts launch, the free tier requires a verified .edu email. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Paid plans (when live)
Paid tiers will be billed through Stripe on a recurring subscription. Prices, billing intervals, cancellation, and any refund terms will be shown to you before you pay and confirmed at checkout; you will be able to cancel from your billing settings. No paid plan is active yet.
Intellectual property
Echelon's software, design, curriculum, and content are ours or our licensors'. Public SEC filing data is in the public domain. Echelon is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a source of any professional terminal or data provider.
Liability & changes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Echelon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any investment losses arising from your use of the product. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the revision date above, and continued use means you accept the update. Governing law and venue will be specified before launch.
